Upgrading an RV or boat can leave an obsolete opening—or a worn deck that needs a better finish. RCC creates custom retrofit plates, dash panels, and EVA boat flooring around your project.
Concept example shown. Every project is reviewed and quoted from customer-supplied details.
The problem we fix
When factory openings do not match new gear—or a generic floor kit does not match the deck—RCC works from the dimensions and layout you actually have.

Simple custom process
Good photos and measurements are usually enough to start. We confirm the design before material gets cut.
Send straight-on photos, overall width and height, hole locations, and a ruler or tape visible for scale.
Share the new device's model, cutout dimensions, mounting pattern, and any clearance limits behind the panel.
RCC sends a design proof and quote. Once approved, the plate is cut, checked, and prepared for shipment.
No catalog match required
One opening, one replacement part, one plate designed to bring them together. Small batches and repeat orders are welcome too.
Final price depends on size, material, cutouts, hardware, and design time. Shipping quoted separately.
Made for the real world
RCC plates are nonstructural trim and mounting components. They are not certified structural, fuel-system, steering, life-safety, or electrical protection parts. Installation and wiring remain the customer's responsibility.
